As part of our published paper in Soft Matter, we have released on source code that underlies our simulation algorithm on GitHub under the open-source BSD-3 clause. The code forms the basis for our simulations of non-Euclidean plates and growing thin sheets, and is easy to adapt to different problems in plate and shell elasticity, with or without growth.
